Fleet Recovery & Subrogation Support

A fresh review of the claims your fleet has stopped chasing.

Give your written-off files a working plan.

For a busy fleet, unresolved claims compete with today’s operational problems. Files stall, employees move on, and a recoverable expense may disappear from view.

Bill’s review starts with the abandoned files after your internal recovery efforts have been exhausted. Grouping the documents and isolating the open questions makes it easier to decide what deserves further attention.

A repeatable review for several claims.

Start with 3–5 stalled claims. Each file should make the incident, losses, prior payments, and claim correspondence easy to trace.

  • A claim index linking each incident to a vehicle and insurer
  • Repair invoices, police reports, and operating records
  • Prior demands, responses, offers, and signed documents
  • A clear record of the balance your operation still carries

Consulting with a clear scope.

Subrogation can involve contractual and legal rights that require specialist advice. Bill’s role is recovery consulting and economic documentation, not legal representation.

For accepted files, the firm’s claim-rights acquisition and the recovery split are set out in a written agreement. Any existing insurer or third-party interest must be identified during review.
