Read all FAQs
What does it cost to have my claims reviewed?
The initial review is free and carries no obligation. For an accepted claim, you keep 60% of any recovery and the 40% fee comes only from the recovery. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing. The written agreement sets out the terms.
What types of claims should I bring?
Start with commercial vehicle accident files involving lost revenue, diminished value, or unpaid administrative, towing, and storage expenses. Bill focuses on stalled or written-off files after your own recovery efforts have run out of steam.
What documents should I gather?
Begin with the repair invoice, accident or police report, and rate or utilization log. Include claim numbers, insurer correspondence, repair dates, payment details, and any relevant towing or storage receipts you already have.
How does the recovery arrangement work?
For accepted files, William S. Cook & Associates acquires the claim rights through a written agreement to pursue recovery. You are paid your 60% share when a recovery is made. Review the assignment and recovery terms before proceeding.
Is Bill Cook an attorney?
No. Bill Cook is a fleet revenue recovery consultant. William S. Cook & Associates provides consulting and claim-recovery services, not legal advice or legal representation. If your situation requires a lawyer, consult a licensed attorney.
