Make your first call count.
The few details that help Bill understand your claim from the start.

Start with the short version.
Describe the vehicle, where and when the incident occurred, what has already been paid, and what remains unresolved. Explain the last response you received and why the claim stopped moving.
You do not need a perfect file to make the first call. A clear overview helps identify which documents matter next.
Bring three core records.
Begin with the repair invoice, police or accident report, and rate or utilization log. Add the latest insurer correspondence and any release or settlement.
Fleet operators can choose 3–5 difficult claims. Owner-operators can call about a single file.
Ask about the arrangement.
Discuss whether the file fits Bill’s recovery work, what information is missing, and how the written agreement operates. For accepted claims, the firm acquires the claim rights and the client receives 60% of any recovery.
